Welcome to "Gîtes de la Morinière - Brocéliande"! Le Gîte de Marguerite is a comfortable 41 m² holiday home in Néant-sur-Yvel, ideal for 2 guests. It features a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor, the open kitchen (with filter coffee maker and Tassimo machine) opens onto the living area, and there is a separate toilet. Enjoy Wi-Fi and a TV for your relaxation.



Outside, unwind in your private enclosed garden with terrace, table and chairs, 2 sun loungers, and a barbecue for outdoor meals. The peaceful setting is perfect for exploring the legendary Brocéliande forest and its mysteries.



One parking space is available on the property.



The house is close to the greenway and less than 5 km from the main Brocéliande sites, offering easy access to the forest and outdoor activities in this enchanting region.



1 dog is welcome.



A linen and towel package is available on request for an extra fee. The accommodation should be left as you found it on arrival. If you prefer not to clean, a cleaning service is offered for an extra fee.



This gîte can be rented together with another of our gîtes, allowing up to 4 guests while maintaining each accommodation’s independence.
