Recognized as one of the most beautiful houses in France, Colombier 1614, classified with exceptional dimensions welcomes you with originality, space and charm unusual.
Under the impressive oak enrayure carried by the powerful central pillar are the dining area (12 to 14 Everyone sits around the large table), a cozy lounge space and the space beautiful and well equipped ( induction hob, fan oven, 2 refrigerators, freezer ...

On the 1st floor you will find a spacious couple bedroom (160 x 200), a large bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200), a bathroom with shower, independent toilet.

The second floor also includes a pair of bedroom, children's room, a bathroom with tub and toilet; This is a small utility room with washing machine, ironing board etc ...

The top floor is admired and enthusiasm: a couple of rooms of 50 sqm can be discovered in the open-framework in the form of stars, the top of the room is 7 meters high!

A charming dependency is available to about thirty meters from Colombier: a miniature house '- an authentic bread oven restored - offers a fun 6th bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200) and 1 bathroom toilet.

The park of 1500 mÂČ, with orchard and part shade for summer lawn party in the sun, provides pleasant lunch outdoors. Garden furniture is available. Parking is at the input of the property. Two good bakeries are 5 minutes walk from Colombier ***. All shops at 400 m, including a Carrefour Market of 2500 mÂČ.

Absolutely fantastic. From the moment I booked, Antoine, Caroline and Mrs Michel were brilliant. Communication prior to arrival was clear and friendly yet professional. We were met by the lovely Mrs Michel before we even got to the house and she led us there. The photos do not do this property justice, it is absolutely stunning. The history of the property and the renovation photos are remarkable. Everything you need is there and we had the best time. The location is great and everything you need is within walking distance. The kids loved walking to the Boulangerie every morning to get breakfast. The owner, Mr Lenne knows that this was a very special holiday for my family and I really want him to know that Le Colombier made this stay everything we hoped it would be. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. I am already looking at booking another family holiday here as soon as I can organise it.

Beautiful property in a lovely village.We booked this property over a year ago to celebrate family birthdays, we were a party of 9, 7 adults & 2 children, plenty of indoor & outdoor space to enjoy.The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay.Communications with the owner were very good, we had an issue with the front door lock - resolved within 30 minutes! We would definitely return.

Stay at Grand Colombier February 2024

We enjoyed a weeks family holiday at Grand Colombier. The accommodation worked well for us. We were impressed at the amount of crockery and glasses, meaning that even when the dishwasher was running we had enough for another meal. The location was excellent, close to the centre of the town, easy walking to the local shops. There are beautiful beaches nearby and plenty of places to visit and walks to keep a large family occupied. The host left lots of information and in a phone call made more suggestions. We felt privileged to stay in such a lovely house.

Great place for a big family holiday!

An interesting and unusual building set in a big garden, it was a good base for our party of 8 adults. We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen is very well equipped for large numbers (though bring a kettle if you’re British!). Washing machine was useful. Enough bathrooms for 8 (a bath, a shower and 3 loos). Bring towels. Offranville town centre is in easy walking distance with a Carrefour (inc petrol station) and boulangeries. Lots of places to visit around and about - it’s a lovely area.

We had a really nice family holiday in Le Colombier; a really interesting building to stay in and well positioned to tour the area. There were 8 of us and this is about right for a comfortable stay. There are only 2 toilets in the house and the out building is ‘bijou’. We didn’t use it but it would suit some people for sure. The hosts are great and the package of ‘what to do in the local area’ was brilliant. Seems trivial but I am certain it significantly enhanced our stay. Overall all le Colombier comes highly recommended by our whole group.

Perfect family holiday.

We had a really wonderful stay at the beautiful and unique Dovecote. The house itself was clean and had generous room sizes and the main room was a really good sociable space to be in with a big group and we loved how the kitchen was part of the room so whoever was cooking was part of the mix. The garden was brilliant and a perfect place to relax in and eat food in sunshine! The kids loved playing around all the trees and bushes. We loved being able to pop to a beach just 8-10 minutes away and we sampled all the local boulangeries! Antoine and Caroline were brilliant communicators who told us everything we needed to know. All in all a fantastic family holiday and we would definitely recommend it and go back again. Many thanks! Lucy

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem wirklich ungewöhnlichen Ferienhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit viel Holz und einem schönen großen GrundstĂŒck in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus und die KĂŒche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch fĂŒr das Kleinkind waren Babybett und Hochstuhl vorhanden.Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und spricht auch deutsch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus,die Lage und die Betreuung von Vermieter sind hervorragend.Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist erstklassig und ruhig,fĂŒr eine Familie ist auch der Garten und das Umland sehr attraktiv.Wir waren mit 11 Personen in diesem Haus und wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen.BĂ€ckereien und Carrefour sind fusslĂ€ufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter fand in unserem Fall auf deutsch statt,einwandfrei!!!

Das ist wirklich was fĂŒr Liebhaber des Besonderen. Ein faszinierendes, urgemĂŒtliches Haus mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Die KĂŒche ist umfangreich ausgerĂŒstet, ein großer KĂŒchentisch fĂŒr lange Abende im Kreis der Familie oder von Freunden, eine gemĂŒtliche Sitzecke - alles in einem kreisrunden, großen Raum. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, das Dachzimmer ist natĂŒrlich ein Highlight.Dazu das Backhaus, in dem Jugendliche oder Paare, die fĂŒr sich sein wollen, ihren Platz finden.Das Haus ist wunderschön. Ich bin mehrfach langsam um das Haus herumspaziert um die vielen Details zu bewundern. Das GebĂ€ude ist nicht barrierefrei. Der Vermieter hat ein dreisprachiges Heft mit Tipps fĂŒr die Region und eigenen Fotos auf den Wohnzimmertisch gelegt, das war sehr hilfreich. ----Zwei gute(!) BĂ€ckereien und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind in fußlĂ€ufiger Entfernung in Offranville gut zu erreichen. Einen hĂŒbschen kleinen Markt mit vorwiegend Lebensmitteln aus der Region findet man am Freitagnachmittag ebenfalls in Laufweite.---Dieppe mit einem schöne Hafen ist mit dem Wagen in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben mehrere StrĂ€nde besucht, die im Juni sehr leer waren. Es sind steinige StrĂ€nde, bei denen sich Sand nur zur Ebbe zeigt. Aber das ist fĂŒr die Normandie ja eher typisch. Und gute Restaurants finden sich in der Region natĂŒrlich auch (Marmite in Dieppe - absolut zu empfehlen).---Fazit: Wir hatten ein paar wirklich schöne Tage, die wir rundum genießen konnten.

We verbleven met een vriendengroep van 11 in de colombier. Iedereen was enthousiast over de unieke historische locatie. Doordat wij reeds voor de 45ste keer samen op reis waren konden wij vlug de nodige praktische afspraken maken in verband met het gebruik van sanitair en verdeling van de kamers. Dankzij het goede weer hebben wij ook kunnen genieten van de grote tuin. Qua bakker raden de atelier du pain aan en de Carrefour om de hoek. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep zeer vlot.

Un hébergement atypique pour une semaine en famille.(8 personnes dont 2 enfants). Le Colombier est pensé pour que l'on se sente à l'aise, rien ne manque. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, tout a été parfait, du début à la fin de la réservation.

Sehr schöne, gemĂŒtliche Wohnung

Diese Wohnung ist etwas besonderes: Die runde Form, das viele Holz und die Backsteine... Man könnte sich fast in einem Schloss wĂ€hnen. Allerdings mit modernem Komfort: die KĂŒche ist gut austgestattet, die Betten komfortabel, und sonst findet man alles, was man braucht. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung einfach sehr gemĂŒtlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und sprechen außerdem hervorragend Deutsch.
