Situated in the very center of Chamonix Mont-Blanc, this 36 m² holiday apartment boasts breathtaking views of Le Brévent and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The property enjoys an exceptional location, within immediate reach of all essential services: the bus station is a one-minute walk away, the Aiguille du Midi cable car is just 100 meters from the apartment, and a supermarket is conveniently located right outside the building.
The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and convertible sofa bed, plus a living room with another double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and coffee machine. Heating is provided in both the living room and bathroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV with video on demand, self check-in, and a private elevator inside the property.
A ski storage area with a cellar in the basement is available for skis, boots, and bicycles, along with a ground floor ski room with a private locker and guest key.
One parking space is available in a shared garage (maximum height 2.20 m). Parking is managed by the building administration, not the owner; use cannot be guaranteed in case of malfunction. No pets or events are allowed. Skis and boots are not permitted inside the home; dedicated storage spaces and cellar are provided.
