The game room offers a foosball table aswell as a pool table for friendly competition.Gaming Consoles and a private Cinema and many more features round up the experience for the whole group. Outside, an outdoor kitchen and seating area provide a delightful space for al fresco dining. The property includes five well-appointed bedrooms. The Family Room and Family Room 2 each feature two queen and two single beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Both of the Couples Rooms offer a queen or king bed for a comfortable retreat. The Quad Room provides a queen bed and two single beds. Four bathrooms are available for guests' convenience. Each space is designed with comfort and functionality in mind, ensuring a memorable stay.

Bringing your own music boxes, party speakers, subwoofers, or external sound systems is not allowed. Music is only permitted at an appropriate and reasonable volume.



From 10:00 PM onwards, please show special consideration for neighbors: keep windows and doors closed and avoid noise, especially outdoors.



The accommodation is equipped with a noise sensor, which only measures sound levels and does not record conversations. In case of repeated noise violations, complaints from neighbors, or breaches of these rules, the stay may be terminated and the incident may be reported to the booking platform.



To use the multi-room sound system, a free additional app (SONOS S2) is required. Further information can be found in the entrance area of the accommodation.



Please note that if you check in on the same day as a previous check-out, the whirlpool may not yet be at operating temperature, as it is freshly filled and cleaned.



The 10:00 AM check-out time must be strictly observed, as we work with external cleaning companies that need to start promptly. This ensures that the accommodation is prepared in time and in the best possible condition for the next guests.
