The holiday flat is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2025 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, campfire area and courtyard.

Balatonszabadi. The holiday flat is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Central heating (gas). Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via cable. The accommodation is equipped with hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to late August, 3 m x 6 m, 1 m deep).
