Stone Cottage with Private Heated Pool in the Guéra Valley
Welcome to our stone cottage in Martigné-Ferchaud, set in the peaceful Ille-et-Vilaine countryside. Enjoy a large garden, a private heated pool, and a tranquil pond surrounded by nature. We are delighted to host you for family vacations or business trips.
Cleaning is available for an extra fee. The pool is open and heated from May 1st to the end of September.
Hiking enthusiasts will love the Guéra Valley trail, starting in Martigné-Ferchaud. This 17-kilometer loop takes about 4 hours and 15 minutes to walk and offers diverse landscapes as you cross the Guéra stream, with stunning panoramic views of the valley for a relaxing experience.
The game room features a fireplace with firewood provided. The living room has a pellet stove, with two bags of pellets supplied every 24 hours.
Beds are made upon your arrival with quality linens for a restful night. Please bring your own towels for the pool. The pool is open from May 1st to September 30th.
You will enjoy the spacious indoor and outdoor areas.
Parties are not allowed.
