Der Zustand des Hauses ist nicht gut, es muss dringend renoviert werden, die Teppiche sind ungepflegt. Wer hat die Toilettendeckel ausgesucht und installiert? Die gehen gar nicht! Auch der Garten und die Terrasse sind vernachlässigt und Gartenmöbel nicht zu gebrauchen.
