The dining space has an extendable dining table that can be used for a sociable games evening. The bathroom is light and spacious and includes a shower, washbasin, WC, washing machine and dryer. There is a separate WC with a washbasin. The spacious hallway with stairs to the attic provides plenty of space for coats and shoes.

There are walking paths and the river right by the house. It is 6km to Friedrichstadt with good shopping facilities, 15km to Heide, 19km to Tönning and 20km to Husum.
