Children will also enjoy splashing in the cool stream and building dams. In winter the cross-country skiing trail runs right past the house. You can also go snow shoe hiking right from the house. In summer the Alpine restaurant Kasern, just a ten-minute walk away, invites you to indulge: from Wiener schnitzel to Kaiserschmarrn (thick pancake strips) to hearty dumplings, with a big piece of homemade cake for dessert. There is also a little grocery shop just a five-minute drive away.
