This luxurious, modern studio flat right by the sea is located in a quiet apartment complex just 30 metres from the sea, surrounded by nature, secluded bays, pebble beaches and hiking trails. It offers a shared saltwater pool (36 m2), which is open from May to October and where the temperature is usually between 20 and 26 °C. The studio flat is located on the ground floor and has a queen-size bed, a Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen/dining and sitting area with induction hob, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Free WiFi is available throughout the building.
The furnished terrace (15 m2) offers a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. The pool area on the ground floor is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower and offers direct access to the sea for comfortable swimming. A communal laundry room on the ground floor includes a washing machine, washing capsules/detergent and an iron for guest use.
The apartment complex is located just 1 km from the town centre, a leisurely 15 minute walk along the coast. Nearby you will find a pebble beach with a beach bar as well as a basketball court and a beach volleyball court. Next to the complex, a diving centre offers lessons for beginners and guided dives for experienced divers. This centre is also home to one of the best restaurants in the region, serving a selection of traditional Mediterranean dishes. Free private parking is available and each room is air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable stay.
