It measures 50m². You can park a pram in the hallway on the raised ground floor. The living room is on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. A new LED TV with a satellite receiver, a DVD player, a stereo system, free Wi-FU and a radio alarm are provided.
