An inviting dining area and a flatscreen TV make the room perfect for cosy evenings in. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, washbasin, hairdryer and washer/dryer. The separate WC and a comfortably furnished bedroom with an extra bed and space for a cot complete the interior of our flat.
Outside, a spacious balcony facing south-west invites you to relax. Equipped with a table, chairs and a parasol, you can enjoy the sun and the tranquillity of Winkl here. The flat also offers easy access with no incline and includes amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a handy ski boot dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
In the immediate vicinity of our house you will find attractive leisure activities. The lake is only about 1 km away, and we offer free bathing tickets for the lake promenade, the eastern shore and the outdoor pools in Kössen and Reit im Winkl.
