The generously designed flat with 69 square metres extends over 2 levels (1st floor and attic), so arrive and feel at home - that's the maxim here! This bright upper floor flat is ideal for 2-3 people. The hallway leads to the shower room and the stairs to the 2nd floor bedroom with flat screen TV and the living room with kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, 2-burner ceramic hob and dishwasher and in the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area as well as a flat-screen TV, DVD player and a stereo system. From here you also have access to the sunny south-facing balcony, where a table and chairs are ready for you.in the bedroom you will find a bed for dreaming and in the living room a sofa bed offers you another option.in the basement of the house there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, an ironing board and iron as well as a sauna (for a fee), which can be used communally.
