El Grand Residence Club @ Heavenly Gondola

Un lugar ideal para lo mejor que Heavenly tiene para ofrecer. A pasos de la góndola celestial, con varios lugares de alquiler de esquí y snowboard en la planta baja del edificio. Hay un restaurante muy agradable en el edificio con muchas más opciones para comer a poca distancia.

Está a una cuadra de la línea de estado de CA-NV y varios casinos. En el corazón de Heavenly Village.

El edificio es nuevo (2002) con modernas comodidades y servicios. La unidad está en el tercer piso y tiene un balcón con vista a un patio interno con vistas a la montaña arriba.

La unidad de 1280 pies cuadrados con dos dormitorios y tres baños tiene un dormitorio principal con una cama king size y un segundo dormitorio con dos camas queen.

La gran sala de estar, ubicada entre los dos dormitorios, tiene un sofá cama que puede alojar a más personas. Cocina completa, electrodomésticos nuevos. Los dos dormitorios y el salón tienen un baño completo cada uno. Bañeras de hidromasaje en el dormitorio principal y en los baños de la sala.

Best So Lake Rental Ever!

We were floored at the spacious and elegant rooms. We enjoyed the big beautiful kitchen and fireplaces. The staff was beyond courteous and went out of their way to make check in and check out easy. The amenities were amazing like pool, hot tubs with REAL jets, fitness center and spa. We would definitely stay here again!!

Heavenly!

Stayed a week. Awesome place. Only ding is related to valet parking. Guys were awesome but the space to load/unload is very congested.

Perfect location for a ski trip

It is so easy to get to and from the mountain via the gondola with a ski valet on ground floor so you don’t even have to haul gear around. Apartment was more spacious than I anticipated from pictures and was very comfortable for our family of four. We even had 3 friends over for dinner one night. Kitchen has the essentials for making a meal. No salt/pepper/spices/oil etc though so bring your own.Shared pool and hot tub area was good after a day skiing though hot tubs were sometimes busy. Overall a great stay. Would do it again.

Perfect spot for a ski access

Stayed here for a girls ski trip with 6 ladies. Was the perfect set up. We didn't even realize we got a bonus full bathroom in the common area which was amazing for all the gals we had. Everything was super clean and organized. No complaints. Perfect location to just walk out and hop on the gondola. Everything you need is within walking distance- grocery, coffee, excellent restaurants, ski rental. Would most definitely stay here again.

Right next to the gondola!

Super clean place in the middle of the heavenly gondola base. Easy walking to everything, was a blast.

Great location and property

The Marriott Grand Residences is a very nice property in perfect location. The gondola is steps outside the door. The unit had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Only complaint was gondola was on windhold a couple days during our stay (but not the properties fault).

Everything was perfect.

Nice location by the gondola, quiet, peaceful, loved it

I was very glad to have found this condo. The floorplan was really nice. The two bedrooms are separated by the living area and kitchen. What's great about this unit was that it had three bathrooms. This was perfect when traveling with the whole family. The hotel amenities were very nice as well, we enjoyed the pool and the hot tubs, despite the cold weather outside. Reserving through the owner allowed us access to the owner's suite, with large screen TV, pool table and other amenities. It was a nice bonus. A great added benefit as well is that if you reserve through owner, the hotel waves the $29 per day parking fee.

Fantastic location for skiing and Resturaunt's. Walk to gondola and dinner. We parked our car on Thursday and did not need it again until leaving on Monday. Very impressed with condo and the owner. Wonderful experience

Love the Grand Residence always!

As an owner myself of a condo on the property from the first day, I can tell you I love this property. My condo was rented, so I booked this for the week in lieu. Beautiful condo, easy access to everything. No car needed, so don't waste your money renting one. Take the shuttle up. The property has a grocery store across the street, a movie theater on premise, skating rink, numerous and many varied dining options, shopping, Starbucks and walk-able to the casinos....not to mention the gondola built on the property to take you up the hill. Highly recommend. Have fun! This condo was great and a friendly owner that was lovely to deal with.

Great location, modern and spacious

We've stayed at the Marriot before so we were familiar with the property. This 2 bedroom did not disappoint--2 fireplaces, full kitchen. Definitely recommended! The only drawback that I can see with the Marriot is the fact that an suv with a ski box on the roof will not fit in the parking garage and must be self-parked in the "oversize lot" behind Raleys, which is a bit of pain. You'd think a hotel in a ski town would have thought that one through but I guess not.
