This holiday flat has been furnished in a cosy and modern style. The loving decoration completes the cosy atmosphere. The flat has air conditioning in the living area, which can also be switched to heating mode. SAT-TV, DVD player, radio, WLAN Internet, fully automatic coffee machine and many other extras such as hairdryer, iron, safe, towels, bed linen, shower gel are already available on site.
The centrepiece of the property is of course the 30 m² swimming pool, which invites you to take a dip in the cool water. The pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower. The garden and the new lounge area and barbecue facilities can be used by all guests.
The lively metropolis of Zadar, with its interesting old town, is around 30 minutes away by car. The national parks Paklenica, Krk Waterfalls, Kornati and Plitvice Lakes can be reached from your holiday home within 30-90 minutes by car. The nearby river Zrmanja (20 min.) offers a wonderful rafting area for active holidaymakers. Hiking tours and jeep safaris are offered in the neighbouring Verlebit Mountains.
You can use the washing machine at the landlord's for a fee.
A 2-person canoe, a coastal kayak and a stand-up paddle are available for paddling tours - in good weather, in calm seas and at your own risk.
Car parking is available at the house.
