It has a separate and fully-equipped kitchen with a gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The kitchen leads out onto the garden terrace. There are two bedrooms with a comfortable double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Both bedrooms also have a wardrobe and a dresser. The living and dining room has one big sofa and a big LCD TV with satellite channels in the living area and a big dining table with chairs in the dining area. There is also air conditioning and central heating for the winter. The bathroom provides a shower, bidet and toilet. There is a wardrobe in the corridor. The living room facing south looks out over the villa garden, the centuries-old park and the blue sea.
It is 300 metres to all the beaches (sandy and pebbled), as well as to the centre with many restaurants, which you can get to along a pleasantly shaded path lined with old trees in a historical park opposite the apartment.
