The approx. 85m2 semi-detached house is located on a residential street, not far from Seestrasse.
The ground floor offers a 35m2 living room with an integrated kitchen and a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with shower and a storage room. In the kitchen you will find - apart from the basic equipment - a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and an oven. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms and a guest WC. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (two mattresses 90x200cm), the other bedroom with 2 separate beds (90x200cm). External blinds are fitted to all windows in the house. You can use a washing machine and tumble dryer across the street for doing your laundry (for a fee). WLAN is available. Please note that there is ONE car parking space per house, unfortunately we cannot offer a parking space for trailers and larger vehicles.
You can sit on the south-facing terrace and enjoy your holiday while being sheltered from view.
Please note: Dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed to run around without a lead. Please note - we cannot accommodate fighting dogs. Each half of the house has a seating area for your exclusive use, these are NOT separately fenced in for dogs.
Arrival day is usually Saturday.
