In the centre of Locquirec, in the resort 5.5 km from the centre of Plestin-les-Grèves, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 60 m2 (fenced), parking at the house. Shop 5.5 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 5.5 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 5.5 km, café 100 m, bus stop "proche Mairie Locquirec" 200 m, sandy beach "Les Sables Blancs" 1.5 km, diving center 20 km. Sports harbour 200 m, golf course (18 hole) 30 km, surf school 500 m, sailing school, walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Plougasnou 15 km, Lannion 20 km, Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h 40 km, Morlaix 22 km, Roscoff, Jardin exotique, Île de Batz 40 km. Hiking paths: GR34, sentier des douaniers 200 m.

Upper floor: 2 rooms 12 m2, each room with 2 french beds (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 2 rooms 12 m2, each room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Small terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. Partial view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.
