It extends over two floors – the ground floor and the first floor – and is surrounded by a beautiful outdoor area that invites you to relax in the fresh air. Four parking spaces are available for your vehicles. The ground floor has direct access to the pool and terrace and consists of a spacious living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Large glass surfaces let in plenty of daylight and create a harmonious connection to the outdoor area. On the first floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms have access to a balcony with breathtaking panoramic sea views – perfect for morning coffee or romantic evenings at sunset. Everyone will find their favourite spot here, whether it's in the private pool with sea views, on one of the cosy terraces or in a shaded area to relax. It is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, read a good book or enjoy meals outdoors. Important notes: Parties are not allowed in order to ensure the peace and privacy of all guests.
