The apartment is located on the first floor of the first building in the complex, in a quiet area.

It is equipped for 2 people; the bedroom with a double bed sleeps two.

The living area is furnished with a seating area and a dining table. A kitchenette with a microwave and dishwasher is integrated into the living area. A bathroom with a shower completes the vacation rental.

The apartment has a terrace. Amenities include a color TV and a stereo system. Pets are not allowed.

Parking space No. 06 is available for you in the underground parking garage. The underground garage has double parking spaces; please ensure that your car is no taller than 1.50 m, no longer than 5.00 m, and no wider than 1.90 m to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. The vehicle’s gross weight must not exceed 2,000 kg.

If your car is too large or too heavy for this parking space,
the only other option available is paid parking at the Möwenparkcenter parking garage.
Please note that during peak season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.

Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
