Well-maintained 2-room vacation apartment in the "Carmen-Sylva" building, approx. 42 m². Living room with a 2-seater couch and armchair, dining table, cable TV, radio with CD player, Wi-Fi (subject to availability), south-facing balcony, bedroom with a French double bed (140x190) and a single bed, separate kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, bathroom with shower and toilet. Living room and bedroom have laminate flooring. The elevator stops between floors! Smoking in the apartment and pets are not permitted. No parking space is available. Laundry room in the building. Bedding and towels are provided upon arrival. Starting in mid-September 2026, facade and roof renovation work will take place on the building. This may affect balcony use. Construction noise may occur.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Man ist super schnell am Strand und auch in der Stadt. Allerdings war es für uns als Familie (Kind 1J) etwas zu nah an der Altstadt. Wir haben das Partyvolk gehört und die Verstauung des Kinderwagens war auch etwas problematisch. Ansonsten war es wie gesagt sehr schön und sauber.
