The spacious 4-roomapartment with a balcony accommodates 2–5 guests and is located on the first floor.

The vacation apartment features a combined living and dining area with an integrated kitchenette. The living area, featuring a large sofa set, is bright and comfortably furnished. A satellite TV and a small stereo system provide multimedia entertainment.

The kitchenette is well-equipped. You’ll find an oven with stovetop burners, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, which is furnished with four swivel chairs. From the dining area, you have a direct view of the balcony with patio furniture.

Start your day in the bright, tiled bathroom with a shower, toilet, and two sinks. The toilet is separate from the sink area.

The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms that have been newly furnished. All skylights are equipped with blackout blinds.

Special Features

For small children, this non-smokingapartment. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available to our guests in the building’s basement. You’re welcome to use a handcart. This vacation home near the beach is popular with families and offers plenty of opportunities for children to play and explore.

Bicycles

There is a shared basement in the building with a laundry room, accessible via an outdoor staircase with a separate entrance. There is also an electrical outlet here, e.g., for charging e-bikes. The handcart is also located here.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other cycling-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Information about bicycles [&] handcarts

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart provided if it is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

Booking Information

The price is valid for up to four guests and includes utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are required. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Arrivals and departures cannot be booked on Sundays.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
