The 3--bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor offers 61 square meters of living space and is fully equipped with all the comforts for 4 to 6 people.

The living room is furnished with two cozy sofas and one armchair. Satellite TV and a stereo system provide plenty of entertainment. The many books are part of the apartment’s standard furnishings. The sofa can be pulled out if needed, creating an additional sleeping space for 2 people. The adjacent dining area seats 6 people.
From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished southeast-facing balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, and much more.
Each bedroom features a double bed (two mattresses, each measuring 90x200m) and a closet for your clothes; the guest/children’s room is equipped with two single beds placed side by side and a closet. The floor here is laminate.
The brightly tiled bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
