It is located on the first floor and features a private terrace directly adjacent to the building—complete with a beach chair (available from Easter through October)—as well as a designated parking space.
In the entryway, you’ll find a hallway with a coat closet, from which you can access the modern shower room, the separate built-in kitchen, and the bright living room with real wood parquet flooring. A staircase leads up to the cozy attic with the separate bedroom.
The lovingly furnished living area features a new seating set consisting of a two-seater sofa (which pulls out into a double sleeper sofa with its own mattress at a comfortable height) and two armchairs. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen cable TV, Wi-Fi (no guarantee), and a radio/CD player.
The separate kitchen with a window is fully equipped and offers everything you need on vacation: a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, a microwave with a grill function, and a dining area. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are, of course, part of the standard equipment.
The quiet bedroom is located in the attic and features a high-quality Loomen double bed (two single mattresses), guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep.
