The property, dotted with almond and olive trees, is located in a rural setting, surrounded by fields and wide open spaces. You can hardly wait to take a seat in the beautiful garden, which is adorned with a lovely green lawn, where you can sit, relax or watch the children play. The large pool in its original form is tiled with pretty, deep blue mosaics and invites you to take a long dip on hot days. It is over 11 metres long and varies in depth from a comfortable 1.2 metres to 1.7 metres. A semi-circular staircase provides easy access to the pool, where there is also a fantastic whirlpool. On the surrounding terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers and parasols, every sun worshipper will find a spot to their liking. The surrounding trees create a wonderfully idyllic and picturesque atmosphere where you can easily relax and let go. If you fancy a covered seat at a table, you will find the perfect spot right next to the house. Sit in front of the natural stone façade, with elegant tiles beneath your feet and an exposed beamed ceiling above, you will realise that this is an excellent place for meals and more. There is plenty of room for everyone at the dining table. Another covered space near the pool makes the barbecue area perfect for getting together on a balmy evening and throwing something on the grill. Conveniently, the outdoor area also has a small WC.







The interior of the villa is characterised by a pleasantly bright atmosphere. Natural-coloured ceilings, walls and floors, complemented by carefully selected furniture, create a pleasant, harmonious atmosphere. The large modern kitchen with its magenta-coloured worktops forms the heart of the house. It is fully equipped so that you can make the most of all the benefits of self-catering. Both an American and an Italian coffee machine ensure that you don't have to miss out on your favourite hot drink for breakfast on the terrace in the morning. Inside, the round table in the kitchen is also a cosy place to eat together. A special feature is the original window to the living room, which also has an attractive dining area and a cosy sofa zone for extensive moments of relaxation. The large flat-screen TV with satellite connection fulfils all media entertainment requirements, while the fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere on chilly evenings. One bedroom in a modern design with its own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe offers plenty of space; the other two bedrooms have a cheerful, rustic ambience. The two bathrooms are furnished in a modern style and offer enough space for all fellow travellers.



The elegant Villa Ailen is situated in a wonderfully quiet location in the south-east of the island, around 8 km north-west of the small Mallorcan town of Felanitx. It is therefore within easy reach for daily shopping or cafés. Manacor, Mallorca's second largest municipality, is only 20 km away. The beaches of Cala Gran, Cala Sa Nau and Cala d'Or are each only around 22 km away.
