The versatile outdoor area has trees that provide pleasant shade in the summer months. An old mill tower next to the beautiful pool provides nostalgic charm and invites you to relax and unwind. The covered terrace with barbecue and various seating options is a wonderful meeting place, ideal for an evening barbecue. Children will enjoy the toys and swings available to keep them entertained.



Inside, the finca exudes classic Mallorcan cosiness. In the living room, you can relax on a comfortable sofa, perhaps watch your favourite film or enjoy the warmth of a crackling open fire. The dining table is perfect for eating together. Self-catering is child's play in the fully equipped kitchen in typical Mediterranean style.



The bedroom with bunk beds is easily accessible from the living room, while two further bedrooms, each with double beds and one with an en-suite bathroom, offer plenty of space for everyone. A second shared bathroom provides comfort for all. This functional, simple holiday home is full of charming details for young and old to discover, making it a truly welcoming place for your next holiday.
