The house, which is partly built from natural stone, has an inviting covered terrace with comfortable seating and sun loungers. Another highlight is the large pool including outdoor shower, which is directly adjacent. From the terrace and pool, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding area: palm trees and other Mediterranean plants grow in the garden with its well-tended lawn and green mountains rise up in the distance - the perfect area for walks, hikes or bike rides. You can park your hire car in the car park right next to the farmhouse.



The interior of this farmhouse in rural Mallorca is designed in a classic, modern style. Cheerful white walls are combined with rustic wooden elements and furniture, tiled floors and discreet decoration. On the ground floor, next to the spacious entrance area, is the cosy living room with comfortable upholstered furniture and fireplace, which flows openly into the dining area. In the well-equipped kitchen next door, you not only have plenty of space for cooking, there is also another small dining table. The total of five invitingly furnished bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, are spread over the ground and upper floors of the farmhouse. The farmhouse Sa Bassa Seca is situated on a huge, green plot in the south of Mallorca, only approx. 4.1 km from the village of Cala Murada with its shops and restaurants. As there are no direct neighbours, the house and garden offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Cala Tropicana beach is only 3 km away by hire car.
