Small cozy family cottage between beach and marina

Summer, sun, cacti!
In our little holiday apartment, “Familien Bude,” in Kiel-Schilksee, you’ll feel like you’re on holiday right away!
Because: On the large, southwest-facing balcony, you’ll have sun all day long!
Right by the marina, you can stroll along the promenade towards the beach.
(Only about 100 m from the apartment!)
Restaurants, playgrounds, the beach, an ice cream shop, fish sandwiches, cafés, and a supermarket are all right nearby!
It’s designed for families with 1–2 (young) children!


Our small, newly renovated, and cosy apartment has a separate, interior children’s room equipped with a bunk bed (2 beds, each 90x200 cm).

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of the “Fliegender Holländer” apartment complex, right in the Olympiazentrum.

The living space (51 square metres) consists of an open-concept living/sleeping area with a built-in kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a storage room, a hallway with a built-in closet, and a balcony.
The large double bed (200x220m) ensures restful nights!
It features a TV, a dining area, and a cosy sofa corner.
The sunny southwest-facing balcony with an awning has a lounge area, as well as a table and balcony chairs.

This is a one-room apartment into which a small, interior children’s room was later integrated!
That’s why the apartment is primarily designed for families with 1–2 (young) children!

For these reasons as well, it is a pet-free, non-smoking apartment.

The rental price ranges from 79 to 120 EUR per night, plus a 50 EUR final cleaning fee.
For more than 2 adults, a flat fee of 20€ per night per adult will be charged.

The price includes one set of bed linens and one set of towels per person.
