House with a manicured garden of 2000m2. It is very quiet because at the end of a quiet, 800m from the village. The pool is maintained weekly by a professional person. Since it is located halfway up the hill from Fayence, it has a beautiful view of the plain. Recent work has helped to improve comfort. We can go to the village on foot and hiking in the vicinity

vacances 2023 Fayence

la maison est spacieuse, avec un superbe vue. la piscine est très agréable et bien entretenu. pour nous, des belges, la rue étroite n'est pas un cadeau. chez nous des grandes routes, aussi dans les villages. c'est vrai qu'on peut aller à pied au village, mais c'est quand même lourd. la région est belle. la maison est très bien localisée. mer pas loin, diversité pour les visites. Fayence a tout, beaucoup de restaurants, un supermarché.

Wie bei Freunden! - einladend und gemütlich

Lage und Gesamteindruck sind herrvorragend. Man fühlt sich wie bei Freunden - das Haus ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet, für alles ist gesorgt, dazu ein herrlicher Pool, tolle Aussicht - viel besser geht nicht. Über Fayence kann man geteilter Meinung sein, es ist halt ein Dorf.

Très bon emplacement de la maison , calme et ensoleillé.

Avec le soleil de février, nous avons pu manger tous les midis sur la terrasse d'où la vue est très agréable. Le confort intéieur est lui aussi de qualité.

Idéale pour des vacances de rêve

Jolie maison avec une vue imprenable! La piscine sécurisée, le portique balançoire, la vigne, le jardin avec ses oliviers, rien ne manque. Et a 2pas de tant de belles choses à voir : villages historiques, lac St cassien, Cannes, St tropez, tout le monde est enchanté ! Merci aux gentils propriétaires, la maison est très bien équipée et permet de profiter au maximum de ses vacances.

Maison idéale !

Une villa où il fait bon vivre. Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances. 2 points forts : - la vue imprenable depuis la terrasse - la proximité de l'adorable village de Fayence où il est possible de se rendre à pieds (beaucoup d'animations, marchés provençaux ... durant l'été) Outre la piscine, la maison est équipe d'un portique (idéal pour les enfants) et est entièrement équipée : cuisine, wifi, télévision ... On y retournera c'est sûr !

Super location

Maison très bien placée (on peut aller à pied au village, très pratique étant donné la difficulté pour stationner dans le centre), au calme au bout d'une impasse, et avec une vue imprenable dont on ne se lasse pas. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue. Le jardin est très spacieux (les enfants ont apprécié le portique). La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée.

Vue imprenable !!!

Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous y venons & on ne s'en lasse pas ! C'est une maison qui a une âme et il fait calme avec une vue magnifique sur l'aérodrome de Fayence où l'on voit passer les planeurs (silencieux!) La propriétaire est charmante & les alentours sentent bon la Provence...

Endroit avec une vue splendide!

Une charmante maison tout confort très propre avec une piscine sécurisée et une vue magnifique de la terrasse. Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cet endroit à quelques minutes à pied du village et nous avons apprécié le calme et le magnifique jardin avec ses oliviers. La région est superbe et de nombreux petits restos sympas ainsi que les "marchés de Provence" ainsi que le beau lac de St Cassien à proximité. Nous pensons y retourner très prochainement!

location très agréable

Maison au calme, très agréable - intérieur un peu ancien mais fonctionnel, joli terrain et grande piscine bien entretenue et sécurisée. Bien situé, proche du vieux village de Fayence, et d'autres villages perchés, pas très loin de Grasse, de Fréjus.
