Named after a small historical church nearby, Ayia Thekla beach is a family beach of soft golden sands and calm waters.Over the last decade the area has become very popular as a residential area and also with holidaymakers wanting to rent a villa in a peaceful location.Many villas offer secluded garden and pool areas and with no nearby bars in the area, a peaceful stay is guaranteed.Ayia Thekla beach offers watersports facilities and a traditional restaurant with grassy areas for relaxing and enjoying the sun. A small convenience store is located close by, with a wider range of shops and amenities, just a 5 minute drive away in Ayia Napa.The popular Potamos Harbor has a selection of tasty seafood restaurants with fresh daily fish provided by the fishermen who sail into the local harbour each morning.
