The Timmendorfer Strand Holiday Rental No. 20 is located at Höppnerweg 5. Thanks to its central location, this beautiful holiday home is ideal for a Baltic Sea getaway. The lively town centre of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many shopping options, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and banks, begins just a few metres from the apartment.

The beautiful sandy beach is about 200 metres away. Supermarkets and a bakery are also just a few minutes’ walk from the Timmendorfer Strand holiday rental.

Amenities

The 2-room holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor, has approximately 41 square metres of living space, and is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa set (sofa bed 140x200 cm), flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, stereo system, electric fireplace, and dining area. An open, high-quality Nolte built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave is integrated into the living area. Additionally, all other necessary kitchen utensils are provided, including a Tassimo capsule coffee maker and a separate milk frother.

This holiday home features a separate bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed and a second flat-screen TV. The box-spring bed consists of two single mattresses topped with a shared mattress topper. A fitted sheet measuring 180x200 cm is required for the box-spring bed.
To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the bedroom can be darkened with exterior blinds, and the living-bedroom area with blackout curtains.
There is also a brightly tiled bathroom with a bathtub, as well as an entryway.

The entire Timmendorfer Strand holiday rental features vinyl flooring and is furnished in the trendy shabby-chic style. The furnished balcony, featuring a beach chair, faces west and has an awning, perfectly complementing this holiday home on the Baltic Sea.

The apartment includes an outdoor parking space, which is already included in the rental price. Across the street, near the supermarket, there are also electric vehicle charging stations available (for a fee).

In the basement, there is a shared washing machine (for a fee) and a bicycle storage area. (We cannot guarantee space for your bicycles.) This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is equipped with a basic supply of one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher).
