“Lüchtje Jade” is a modern, light-filled vacation home for up to 4 people in the vacation village of Jade-Sehestedt—ideal for peaceful days behind the dike on the Jadebusen.
This newly built home combines a cozy living atmosphere with high-quality amenities and plenty of space to breathe.
A spacious, open-concept living-dining area with an integrated kitchen and ceiling heights of up to approximately 5 m at its highest point creates an airy, bright sense of space. The large window wall floods the room with natural light and opens up a view of the terrace and outdoor area.
Light-colored wood ceilings and wooden doors provide a warm, Nordic touch and a pleasant indoor climate.

A bedroom with a comfortable 1.80-meter double bed invites you to sleep in after long days at the beach. Another bedroom with a 1.40-meter double bed is ideal for additional adults or children.
Two modern bathrooms with showers offer comfort and privacy for all guests. A separate utility room with a washer-dryer makes even longer stays comfortable and relaxing.
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for self-catering—ideal for leisurely breakfasts or evenings spent cooking together. Since it’s integrated into the living area, everything remains open, inviting, and family-friendly.
In front of the large picture window is a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the crisp North Sea air, from your first cup of coffee to an evening glass of wine.

From the vacation village, the dike, Jadebusen, and the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site are within easy reach—perfect for walks, bike rides, and relaxing days by the water.



Pets are allowed in this house for an additional cleaning fee!

This is a non-smoking home. Parties and events are not permitted in this vacation home.



The Jade-Sehestedt vacation village is still under construction. Construction activity in the vacation village may cause minor disturbances due to dust and construction work.
