The 350 m² finca is situated in the rural surroundings of Llucmajor, southeast of the capital Palma. The 500.000 m² property where the finca is located also offers a large plantation of almond, carob and olive trees as well as some vines. Apricot trees and various herbs also grow here. The house dates back to the year 1500 and was last completely renovated in 2014.

The large garden impresses with a large swimming pool for private use. This is divided into two areas, one is a bathing area and the other is a shallower pool with jacuzzi function. A washing machine, ironing facilities and WiFi are available in the house. Two cots for babies and children and two high chairs can be provided on request.
