Located on a small chalet village right on the shores of Afritzer See, this gorgeous charming chalet makes an ideal base in sunny southern Carinthia. Surrounded by majestic mountains, you will enjoy unspoilt nature and various leisure activities here. Every season offers unique outdoor experiences.

In winter, the area turns into a popular winter sports destination. Just15 kilometers away is Bad Kleinkirchheim, with 103 kilometers of well-prepared pistes and modern lifts, suitable for families and avid skiers. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also quickly accessible (approx. 13 km); this sunny ski area offers 50-55 kilometers of slopes and beautiful views of the Alps, suitable for every level of ability.

The beautiful lake Afritzer See in the heart of Carinthia is known for its clear water and relaxed atmosphere. The well-kept beaches with sunbathing areas, jetties and views of the surrounding mountains are a great place to swim, sunbathe and unwind.
