Start your day with a refreshing dip in the 10-meter heated saltwater pool (open from May to September) or unwind in the Finnish sauna with cold plunge. For a moment of pure coziness, you can relax by the wood-burning stove in the living room or the smaller stove in the study. From the panoramic glass living room, you can enjoy views of the forest and the pool, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a carefree stay.



The villa has five bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, one bathroom with a bathtub in the master bedroom, and three toilets. Air conditioning in all first-floor bedrooms and the panoramic living room ensures comfort even on warm summer days.



Children will find their own paradise in the playroom, filled with books, games, and even a home cinema option. Outside, they can play table tennis, try archery, or enjoy the large garden with old fruit trees and a gate leading directly into the forest. The two terraces (covered and open-air) invite you to relax and enjoy the stunning views. There is also a spacious storage area for bicycles or other equipment.



Directly from the house, walking and cycling paths lead to picturesque lakes, forests, and rock formations. Discover Rozhledna Čížovka just 700 meters away, the iconic Kost and Trosky castles, the romantic Hrubá Skála castle, and the expansive rock city of Hruboskalsko. Hike through the Prachovské and Příhrazské rocks, or climb the highest mountain in Český ráj, Kozákov, for breathtaking views.



For winter sports enthusiasts, a ski resort with a lift is about 35 minutes away, and when there’s enough snow, you can even go cross-country skiing directly from the house.
