Welcome to our charming vacation home in Epfenbach.

Your perfect starting point for unforgettable excursions to the picturesque Kraichgau region, the historic city of Heidelberg, the idyllic Odenwald, and many other destinations.

Our vacation home

This lovingly furnished home offers two separate, nearly identical living units—ideal for families or friends.
Each apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people and offers comfort and coziness.

The Accommodation
The upstairs vacation apartment features:

* a bedroom with a large box-spring bed (2 m wide) with a high-quality mattress

* an additional sleeping option in the form of a sleeper sofa (140x200) for 2 people

* a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle

* a bar table with cozy stools right in the kitchen.

* a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and rain showerhead, sink, and toilet

* a cozy living-dining area

* a comfortable couch and a 50-inch flat-screen TV
* high-speed Wi-Fi and Disney+ (TV)

For our youngest guests, rollaway beds (one-time fee of 10 €) and high chairs are available upon request.


Outdoor area

The apartment has a small covered balcony

We also have something to offer our youngest guests outdoors. They can have a wonderful time playing in a large sandbox and on a trampoline.
There’s also a wide selection of toy vehicles and play equipment for children.


Comfort & Extras

Just a minute’s walk away: a butcher shop and a bakery—perfect for breakfast or lunch.
A kebab fast-food restaurant and a pizzeria, both in the immediate vicinity, round out the dining options.

Coming soon: Secure, dry storage for bicycles, strollers, and other outdoor gear.

If you ever run out of laundry, please feel free to let us know. We can wash and dry your laundry in the neighboring building.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung,alles wirklich sauber und sehr gepflegt.Sehr nette Vermierter.Wir haben Ausflüge nach Heidelberg und ins Technik Museum nach Sinsheim gemacht,beides ist in 20 Minuten Autofahrt prima zu erreichen.
