Charming 5th-floor studio with sleeping area (double bed) and sofa bed for 2. Cozy living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious sunny terrace with open views over the polders. Fully equipped open kitchen and renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. Located on the promenade, quietly at the rear of the building. Perfect for a relaxing seaside holiday.
Wi-Fi: yes. Parking: not included. Bring your own sheets/towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
