About the property

Luxury 4 bed,3 bath condo located steps away from the Raccoon Run and the Village Chairlift. Be the first on the slopes on a powder day. At lunchtime, leave your boots and gloves on the wall-mounted dryer while you eat so that they are warm and dry when you head back out for the afternoon.

This bright, 2000 square feet unit comes with fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, linens, pillows, blankets, and washer/dryer. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV, wifi, and bluray/DVD player with Netflix, hulu, etc.

Master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom with radiant heated floor. Guest room on main floor has a bunk with twin upper and full size lower. Two spacious bedrooms downstairs offer additional queen and 2 bunk beds (4 twins).

The two floors and two living spaces are perfect for 2 families or a small group.

After a day on the slopes, or at the Ice Haus skating rink, and/or splashing in the spectacular 60,000 sq ft Pump House Indoor/Outdoor waterpark, you will want to relax by the fireplace while someone in your party prepares a gourmet meal in the newly renovated, state-of-the-art kitchen. This is also one of the few units on the mountain within walking distance to the restaurants around the main resort. The Tower Bar and Bullwheel Pub offer vibrant apres ski often with live music. Alice's Table, The Foundry, Howie's, the Clubhouse Grille, and Mountain Dick's Pizza offer a wide range of dining experience from gourmet to relaxed family.

Jay Peak has the most snow in the East. It has large open terrain areas with the best glades skiing and out-of-bounds access in the region. The 'Jay Cloud' is legendary for producing powder day after day. The new Kids Adventure Center (ski school) provides full and halfday plus private lessons for the little ones allowing them to experience being 'raised Jay'. Come see why we love this place and have been skiing here for 25 years.

We had a FABULOUS time!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is across the street from the ski slope, a quick easy walk to the slop & to the bottom chair lift. The condo had more amenities than we expected to keep the entire family entertained (i.e. xbox, games, netflicks, etc) & the kitchen was fully equip with everything we needed to make every meal for our families. Everything went smoothly, including communication, check in, & check out. We would LOVE to come back to this condo in the future when we come back to Jay Peak.

Well located, well equipped roomy condo

  • 5 of 5

We had a very nice 3-night stay at Jay Peak Resort.

The condo comes as described, with four large bedrooms including one with two bunk beds, a well equipped kitchen and open-space dining and living rooms. Easily enough space for a group of friends or up to two families. There's a second living room in the basement where kids can play. If you go with kids, you'll find a few games and books the kids can enjoy.

The condo is across the street from the Racoon run and Village lift, which merely serve as a starting point to reach either the Tram or Stateside base. You can also walk the street (10 minutes) or down a snowy path (5 minutes) to Tram base (main lifts, restaurants, ice rink, indoor waterpark).

The condo was nice and clean when we came in. Instructions to get and settle in were clear and simple. Eric answered the few emails we sent in a timely manner.

All in all a very good experience.

Oh, and Jay Peak received 5 feet of snow during the first 48 hours of our stay!

Perfect location, great condo

  • 5 of 5

Great condo for 2 families -- we had 8 people and plenty of space. Location is fantastic, walk across the street to the lift and around the corner to the waterpark.

Great condo for an extended family!

  • 4 of 5

We had the pleasure to stay at Eric's condo over Spring Break. We were blessed by amazing weather while we were at Jay Peak, and that always helps in enjoying our vacations even more.

The condo was greatly appointed with anything one might need.

Granite countertops, confortable sofas, solid furniture is all rooms. It was super clean which is always a must!

I did not put 5* just because we had some issues with the Locker for the key. With freezing temperature, and small children, it's not that fun having to spend 10 minutes trying to unlock this thing...

and also the fact that the wifi password was not the right one on the instruction page gave us a hard time when we had to work on a rush work assignment.

But, we would rent again in a heart beat!

Great ski condo for multiple families!

  • 5 of 5

This is a wonderful condo in a great location! We stayed with two other families, all with small children and it was perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone. There is easy access to the slopes by walking across the parking lot and skiing down to the racoon run lift (which you don't need a ski pass for). The mountain has plenty of family friendly activities, with free childcare 2 years and older. The water park was awesome, a must do! Jay did a great job with the kids lessons as well. Overall a great vacation and we definitely recommend this condo and Jay Peak for a family ski vacation!

January Weekend - 2017

  • 5 of 5

Great condo to stay in. Right on the mountain, close to everything and it was very easy and comfortable. We had 7 guys for a ski weekend, beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and great location. Would recommend for multiple families and/or other types of groups. Owner is easy to get in touch with and detailed. Will book again!
