Set on a private, tree-lined plot of over 3,000 m² in the popular resort of Marielyst, this spacious Together-House is ideal for large families, groups of friends or smaller corporate retreats. The secluded outdoor area offers plenty of space for games and activities, while terraces on both sides of the house make it easy to enjoy the sun all day. An outdoor whirlpool and sauna add extra luxury. Indoors, the house features an inviting pool area and a well-equipped activity room with billiards, table tennis and PlayStation. The bright open-plan living area combines lounge, dining space and an XL kitchen, and includes a projector and screen for meetings or shared entertainment. With nine bedrooms, two lofts and four bathrooms, the house accommodates up to 26 guests in comfortable, practical surroundings close to Marielyst’s child-friendly beach and lively holiday atmosphere. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
