Located in Plougonver, Côte d'Armor, Studio Ti Maen offers a cozy 35 m² space, ideal for 2 guests. You have a living area with a double bed, a TV corner, and a fully equipped private kitchen with a coffee machine and capsules. The private bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.



Other amenities include ground-level access, a private barbecue, heating (radiator available in the main room during winter only), and a TV. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are included.



Enjoy the garden in a tranquil setting surrounded by fields and organic greenhouses. The shared outdoor heated pool is open from late April to late September, with a retractable cover for added comfort. A bike storage room is available. On-site parking is provided. One pet (small dog) is welcome.



Please note: Parties are not allowed. Charging electric or hybrid vehicles and scooters is prohibited due to electrical limits. A charging station is available at the municipal parking near Plougonver town hall. This ground-floor accommodation is not suitable for babies or wheelchair users.



The location is ideal between the Armor coast (beaches 30 min away) and Argoat, close to Belle Isle en Terre forests, Guingamp, Lannion, the Pink Granite Coast of Ploumanac’h, and the Valley of the Saints.
