Relax on your private, south-facing uncovered terrace with stunning mountain views. The property is ideally situated at the foot of the Colline des Bains, just steps from the center of Villard de Lans.



You will have access to a shared parking space in front of the residence. Pets are allowed (1 pet maximum) with prior approval from the owner. Events are not permitted. The location offers easy access to public transport, with a free shuttle available.
