Located in the heart of Tignale, in the lively village of Gardola, and completely renovated in 2023, Casa Marianna is the ideal choice for those who want to experience a holiday in the centre of the village while still enjoying privacy, tranquillity and beautiful panoramic views. About 7 km from the shores of Lake Garda, this spacious three-room apartment of around 110 sqm offers carefully designed and welcoming spaces, perfect for accommodating 2 to 4 guests.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building in the town centre and is arranged over two levels. On the first floor, the bright living room with sofa and a modern, fully equipped kitchenette welcomes guests into a warm and comfortable space, ideal for relaxing after a day spent exploring the lake, nature and nearby villages. On the same level you will also find a spacious double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom with shower.
Going up to the upper floor, you will discover the real highlight of the apartment: a beautiful private terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Here you can enjoy peaceful moments, sip an aperitif at sunset or simply admire the breathtaking views of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo.
Wi-Fi is available in every room and the apartment also offers a convenient private outdoor parking space about 200 metres away. Within just a few steps you will find restaurants, pizzerias, bars perfect for an aperitif and a pharmacy, making your stay even more comfortable and convenient.
