This bright and welcoming holiday home offers a comfortable living room with a cozy corner sofa, a playful hanging chair, and a separate armchair. It is the perfect place to relax in front of the television or enjoy the warmth of the stove. The open-plan layout connects the living area with the kitchen and dining space, allowing you to stay connected with your companions while cooking.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, dishwasher, combi microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and a complete kitchen inventory. Coffee lovers can choose between a filter coffee maker, a Senseo, and an espresso machine, while tea drinkers can use the kettle. The dining area, overlooking the garden, seats six guests.
The house accommodates up to six people in three bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) with two separate mattresses, bedside tables with lighting, and an open cupboard with hanging space and shelves. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor and are accessible via a staircase secured with stair gates at both the top and bottom, making it safe for small children. Both upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning. One bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm) with two separate mattresses and a low wardrobe with shelves, while the second bedroom offers two single beds (80x200 cm), an open cupboard with hanging space and shelves, and an additional storage cupboard. The first-floor bathroom includes a sink and a walk-in shower. Separate toilets are available on both floors.
The fully enclosed garden makes this home ideal for families with children and dog owners. You can enjoy outdoor time together, make use of the two football goals, and safely store bicycles in the garden shed. Up to two pets are welcome.
A washer and dryer are available in the property, allowing you to pack lighter and easily do laundry during your stay—especially convenient for families or longer seaside holidays.
The house offers two private parking spaces, one of which has a charging station for electric vehicles. Hot water is provided via a heat pump boiler. Guests can use the facilities of Holiday Park Zonnedorp during their stay, with the campsite reception available for questions and information.
The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms on the first floor and there is 1 charging station in the parking lot in front of the door.

Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Full payment is required in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please bring your own bed linen, as it is not supplied.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Any overnight guests must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per stay.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.Due to construction work at the park, we offer an additional discount. There may be limited inconvenience, mainly on working days. This is in the period up to and including June 2026 and from Sept to May 2027.

This property may not be rented by groups of individuals under the age of 25.  Families and groups over 25 years old are allowed.
