The Space:

This studio in the heart of Warsaw is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment is located on the 15th floor of a building with an elevator, so the view from the studio offers a sense of space and an urban perspective.



The interior features a bright design. Subdued colors combined with modern accents create a cozy space where you can easily feel at home, whether you’re planning a short city break or a longer stay in Warsaw.



The heart of the living area is a sofa bed, which invites you to relax in front of cable TV and a Smart TV, and in the evening can transform into a comfortable place to sleep. The visually separated sleeping area features a double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day full of city adventures. Meanwhile, a large wardrobe in the bedroom area makes it easy to keep things tidy.



The functional kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooktop, a microwave, and a fridge-freezer, making it quick and convenient to prepare breakfast or dinner. A toaster is also available for guests - perfect for morning toast. The shared dining table creates a pleasant spot for a quiet meal or planning the next day in the city.



The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities, such as a washing machine and a hair dryer, make the space perfect for both a short getaway and a longer stay.

The apartment is just a few minutes away from the green alleys of Mirowski Park or Saski Garden. Perfect for a morning walk, a jog, or a moment of relaxation among the trees. Right next door is also the famous Hala Mirowska, known for its wide selection of fresh produce, local specialties, and charming food stalls.

Excellent public transportation allows you to quickly reach the city’s main attractions. The Ratusz Arsenał metro station is just an 8 minute walk away. From there, you can easily reach the Copernicus Science Center, the Vistula Boulevards, or other popular districts of Warsaw.

The Central Station is about 2.5 km away. Chopin Airport is about a 35-minute taxi ride away.
