We designed and built this Horse Ranch home for our family in 1999. The kids are grown and gone, we have down-sized and want to share our dream home and its incredible amenities with you. We are still in the area and manage the property.

Friends and activities are close by. Villagers enjoy the benefits of being close to Aspen yet nestled in our own, intimate environment. With wonderful schools, the 'small town' feel, and a true sense of community, we have found it a very special place to live and raise our family.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

Spacious, open floor plan, well appointed, great location. Our family spent the week of Christmas / New Years. Beautiful views of Snowmass (even were able to see the New Year's Eve Fireworks). Hits for the family were fireplace, large dining table, hot tub, Kitchen and Family room. Hosts made sure we were comfortable and all taken care of. Vacation was superb and this house and environment made it so. Highly recommend - you will not be disappointed.

Horse Ranch Property

This property provides an excellent view of the mountains and we enjoyed our evenings on the deck as the sun went down. The home is in awesome condition and very well maintained. We like to cook and the kitchen has it all. Great towels and linens , TV's in all the right rooms, great office area, great downstairs TV room. We had a great two month stay and would recommend this property to our friends and relatives.

Mountain Charm

We had an amazing time in Suzy and Andy's home. It was an much-needed respite from Texas and the home was the perfect Mountain Charm.

The home had a well-equipped kitchen for all basic cooking needs, it was bright and spacious, and was impeccably maintained. The deck was great for cocktails and the living room TV set-up great for Family movie night. The neighborhood is quiet and safe: a great retreat from which to start your adventures!

Best place we've rented on VRBO

Lovely property. The house had more than enough of everything; plenty of rooms, two washer and dryer sets and a very well appointed kitchen. The view was great too. We would definitely come back.

We loved this property and the vacation it provided, from the gorgeous view to the fantastic kitchen to the laundry and exercise facilities to the cleanliness to the provisions we didn't have to run to the store for to the easy access to the helpful owner to the rabbits hanging around outside.
