Maison du clocher – Comfortable Townhouse, Walk to Beach and Shops

Very comfortable townhouse just 300 m from the beach, with a summer bakery and shops only 50 m away. The living/dining room features a TV and 4G WIFI. The kitchen area includes an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single 90 cm beds. Bathroom with shower cabin, sink, and toilet, plus a separate toilet. Laundry room with washer-dryer. Private parking for 1 car. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Cleaning service is available as an option for an extra fee.



The house is carefully prepared—please respect the property.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided as an option for an extra fee. Even if you choose the cleaning service, you are asked to leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and grill, and take out all garbage and waste.



Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions.



Please send a message on the morning of your arrival to indicate your estimated arrival time.



Do not subscribe to internet options such as Prime or video on demand. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.



Parties are strictly forbidden. Pets are not allowed.



Only household waste should be put in the bins and taken out twice a week for collection. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be disposed of in the town’s recycling containers.
