Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Navis, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, in the woods. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, children's playground (swing). In the house: restaurant, drying room, ski boot dryer. Available: sledges (10). 3 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking at the house. Grocery 4.5 km, restaurant 4.2 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Matrei" 12 km. Hiking paths: 5 Almen Runde Naviser Tal 10 m. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Animals in the neighbourhood.
