Located on a quiet side street near Minsen, “Kleine Herrlichkeit 22” offers the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday with the whole family —right on the dike and just a few minutes from the North Sea.
Stylishly furnished with great attention to detail, the bungalow features a spacious living and dining area where the open, fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area, and a comfortable living room with a smart TV blend harmoniously. From here, you have direct access to the fenced-in garden with a sun terrace and a magnificent, unobstructed view across the fields—perfect for quiet moments outdoors or lively barbecue evenings. Of course, patio furniture and a stone grill are provided.

The bungalow features three bedrooms, each with a double bed and ample storage space. In the master bedroom, another smart TV provides entertainment. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet; a separate guest bathroom is also available. A washing machine is also located in the house.

Comfortable and well-designed: The entire bungalow is equipped with exterior roller shutters. You can store your bicycles safely in the lockable bike garage.

The health resort of Minsen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, their ages, and the length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding rates can be found on the Wangerland Tourism website.
The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance (marked “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance.
