The house is in the peaceful Baviera Golf area of Caleta de Vélez, surrounded by nature, with access to hiking trails and bike paths. The Caleta de Vélez beach is less than 1 km away, and the marina is nearby. Nerja and its famous Balcón de Europa are just 20 km away, and Málaga city center is only 30 minutes by car. Please note: Video recording equipment is installed in private areas such as the entrance, living room, and upper floor, but will remain switched off during your stay.
