Kept in residential 24 hour security.
NO PETS ON THE BEACH.

A casa é conforme descrito no anúncio e próxima a praia. Em dias muito quentes senti falta de ar condicionado, mas no geral os ventiladores deram conta. Condomínio bem cuidado e seguro. Praia limpa e boa para caminhadas . Proprietária atenciosa e solícita. Durante nossa estadia foi tudo bem.

Casa muito boa...

Mas, com alguns pequenos problemas: o colchão da cama de casal é imprestável não permitindo uma boa noite de sono, os utensílios da cozinha são de péssima qualidade dificultando quem quer cozinhar na casa. A casa é boa, a proximidade da praia é um diferencial, o jardim gramado otimo para as crianças.

Imóvel exatamente como descrito. A proprietária Zélia muito simpática e Pronta para nos ajudar no que fosse preciso. Super perto da praia (realmente 30m). Pegamos uma semana de muito sol, mas o clima a noite estava fresco, o que não atrapalhou em nada a falta de ar condicionado. Valeu muito a pena alugar esse imóvel. Voltaremos com certeza.
